Zohran Mamdani Transition, The Mayor is Listening
Queens, NY

Managed production, staffing and coordination for a 12-hour listening session held with Mayor-Elect Mamdani who spoke to 142 New Yorkers for 3 minutes each. Designed and delivered the public engagement to include family-friendly art activations and opporutnities for the public to interact with members of the Mayor-Elects Transition team.

One of four members of the team to produce the 2026 NYC Mayoral Inauguration encompassing a public Block Party for 40,000 attendees and a ticketed ceremony for 4,000 attendees.

National Queer and Trans Therapists of Color Network
Philadelphia, PA

With less than 4 weeks of planning time, we were engaged to do a comprehensive venue search and logistics planning for two programs (one multi-day, one single day) that invited practitioners to connect, build community, and deepen their focus toward abolition, healing and equity. We worked closely to design the full logistics experience and collaborated closely to ensure facilitation goals were supported through a continuum of care for guests.

Luxury Beauty Brand
Southern California

Planning, design and logistics management for a luxury beauty company’s annual National Sales Meeting. Includes vendor sourcing, contracting, and onsite implementation for a 10-brand, 3-day million-dollar meeting for 350 employees from across the country.

Christodora Gala
New York, NY

Thoughtful project management and comprehensive event planning, vendor sourcing, silent auction coordination, and volunteer management for Christodora’s marquis fundraising event of the year.

CUFFH Action x Working Families Party
New York, NY

Rapid planning and delivery of a GOTV (get out the vote) event to support CUFFH Action and Working Families Party in the 2025 NYC Mayoral election cycle, including a lineup of progressive NYC elected officials and leaders.

Zohran for NYC, Election Night Celebration
New York, NY

Support the day-of delivery and guest experience for a 3,500 person celebration including coordination with ticketing and guest list leads to ensure a smooth operation and arrivals process for a very high-profile, private event for a Candidate for New York City Mayor.

Sonoma, CA

Supported the launch of Sheterwood's capital campaign by support all planning and logistics, including content management and travel coordination, for a group of around 30 stakeholders, partners, and prospective donors.

Socrates Sculpture Park Gala
Queens, NY

Collaborative project management for a variety of in-park events related to art activations and community partnerships. In addition, took the lead on planning Socrates' major fundraising Gala at local art workshop—Spacetime—in 2023 and executed their inaugural Party in the Park in 2024.

Comprehensive design and event planning to support Free People's regenerative cotton collaboration with Citizens of Humanity. Throughout the experience guests were met with thoughtful touches—flowers made of deadstock denim; dinner ingredients sourced within 100 miles; and more.

Comprehensive project and program management including event planning, hotel coordination and rooming management, attendee registration, safety planning, and close collaboration on content to ensure attendees were embraced by a continuum of care while they received education, connected in community, and made plans for future work.

Alpine, NJ

Comprehensive collaboration, project management, content management, and event planning for a multi-day strategic planning and stakeholder engagement gathering at a private estate. Guests included high net worth and celebrity individuals as well as young adult program participants.

DoSomething Annual Spring Gala

Comprehensive project management, stakeholder and sponsor management, and event planning and design.The event raised 25% over its intended target and honored such movers-and-shakers as Katie Couric, Michael Bennett, Debra Messing, Dan Schulmann and Arlan Hamilton as well as a dynamic group of young activists including Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Deja Foxx and Mari Copeny.
