Enactus USA Expo
Austin, Texas | 2024
Planned and executed Enactus' signature annual event—the US Expo—where collegiate teams compete to gain access to the Enactus World Cup. Comprehensive guest management and pre-event planning as well as onsite support for all marketing, programming and guest experience.
Free People x Citizens of Humanity Dinner
New York, New York | 2024
Comprehensive design and event planning to support Free People's regenerative cotton collaboration with Citizens of Humanity. Throughout the experience guests were met with thoughtful touches—flowers made of deadstock denim; dinner ingredients sourced within 100 miles; and more.
Socrates Sculpture Park Gala
Queens, New York | 2023, 2024
Collaborative project management for a variety of in-park events related to art activations and community partnerships. In addition, took the lead on planning Socrates' major fundraising Gala at local art workshop—Spacetime—in 2023 and executed their inaugural Party in the Park in 2024.
Shelterwood Capital Campaign
Sonoma, CA | 2023
Supported the launch of Sheterwood's capital campaign by support all planning and logistics, including content management and travel coordination, for a group of around 30 stakeholders, partners, and prospective donors.
Taproot’s U.S. Pro Bono Summit

Project and content planning and management, including session concepting and development, venue and vendor sourcing and coordination, platform sourcing and hybrid meeting management for a two-day national convening around pro bono volunteering in the United States.
CDP US and Canada Workshops

Project planning and management, budget management, venue and vendor sourcing and coordination, and hybrid meeting management for a (2) one-day national convenings on climate impact reporting in the United States and Canada.
Segal Family Foundation Visionaries

Working with Segal Family Foundation to create dynamic and engaging spaces for their African Visionaries to connect with each other and potential funders during UN General Assembly Week. Included comprehensive event planning and onsite management.
CUFFH Gala

Sponsor management and event coordination, including onsite staffing, for an annual fundraising event honoring a class of changemakers and attended by a variety of NYC elected officials and VIPs
DoSomething Annual Spring Gala
New York, New York | 2019
Comprehensive project management, stakeholder and sponsor management, and event planning and design.The event raised 25% over its intended target and honored such movers-and-shakers as Katie Couric, Michael Bennett, Debra Messing, Dan Schulmann and Arlan Hamilton as well as a dynamic group of young activists including Xiuhtezcatl Martinez, Deja Foxx and Mari Copeny.
IMPACT2030 Bi-Annual Summit

Program design, logistics planning, attendee communications and management, and staff sourcing to accommodate the 150 guests and over 25 external speakers for a 3-day gathering of IMPACT2030 Partners (private sector companies) and Stakeholders (social sector organizations) at the United Nations in New York City.
Seeds of Peace Innovation Summit

Design and manage the full event including participation selection, communications, site selection, vendor management, project management and onsite logistics management for a 5-day Summit, that convened 100 members of an extended global community.
